My 3 yr old son has been falling sick with viral very frequently.he is going to play school. is it because of low immunity.how can i increase it.he eats 1 egg everyday.otherwise he eats dal nonveg also.including milk 3 times a day

First few days of play school they fall sick very frequently .. it’s not due to low immunity they’re getting exposed to lot of organisms .. 12 times a year children having cold is normal.. until child is appropriate height n weight for age .. nothing to do .. just teach him to hand wash frequently ..

Milk at this age twice a day is enough.. not more than 200 ml
