Falling sensation
I experience a falling sensation while walking. This is been for last 3 years. I also feels severe anxiety, panic, stomach discomfort accompanied by dizziness and giddyness. Sometimes I feel that someone pushed me forward fromy head.
I am now afraid of going anywhere due to discomfort and all these.
Can somebody please help me to get rid of these.

Are you facing computer vision syndrome.? May b looking in screen for hours together you might have developed lightheadedness. Or you may have middle ear problem.
consult ophthalmologist and ENT specialist.
take regular breaks from screen.
do pranayama with closed eyes.
have a nice good night sleep in dark.
restrict from big noises like theater sound n horns of vehicles.
