Hi doctor, my son hitted to wall with shoe and fallen on knee. When we picked up observed shaking in foot area, no swelling observed. Anything to worry?

Let him stay in bed for a day. Do not massage. Keep him well covered to save from cold. If no relief, take him to a hospital  near by.
