I think your uncle is hypertensive, there are ecg changes, evaluate and rule out cardiac cause..

Hi. How old is your Uncle? Does he have risk factors like diabetes, hypertension and heart disease. To guess about the likely causes we need to know the details of the fainting episode - what was he doing? Did he wake up and try to stand and fainted or was doing his usual work or sitting? Did he have any warning signs as in did he tell that he was dizzy and was trying to hold on to something? Did he lose consciousness completely and if yes for how long? Did anyone witness the whole episode? After regaining sense did he remember anything about the episode? Fainting can be a manifestation of a spectrum of diseasess some benign like vasovagal syncope, postural BP drop to more dangerous causes related to brain and heart.
Next Steps
The ECG just shows some Interventricular conduction defect, and some variations which need to be interpreted in context with his background and history. Does not by itself give the cause of his fainting directly.
Health Tips
Seek consultation with detailed history about the event.

This ecg is almost normal. ( please ignore the ecg report - it’s erroneous) Fainting can be due to multiple causes - even it can be a cardiac issue which was transient and not depicted in this ecg. The hospital will get to the cause of fainting - with appropriate tests . You can consult for a second opinion.
