Faint positive line on UPT after 10 min

When I checked within 10 min my pregnancy test was negative. But after about 1 hour I got a faint positive line. This has never happened before. Is it positive? Should I go for a serum beta test or wait and check after a couple of days? P.S. I am taking dydrofem twice a day after ovulation as I have a history of a miscarriage.
