Hi... You may seek Counselling to address your concerns. A therapist can help you bring your thoughts in order and help you channelize your energies better. I suppose you are falling into a spiral of negative thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. This also is explained in terms of a 'negative triad' in psychology.
