Faded 2nd line in home pregnancy test

I had done home pregnancy test oh 2nd aug using cipla pregnancy kit and initially it showed 1 line but after 3,4 minutes it showed 2nd faded line.Also have mild pain in lower stomach. What does this indicate.Am I pregnant?
