If you are obese then Breatlessness could be due to obstructive sleep apnoea. U need to reduce your weight.. Other causes may come into picture after you get your lipid profile and 2 D Echo done

It's mainly due to obesity. If 2D ECHO is normal , rule out asthma obstructive sleep apnea.
