Facing problem in pregnancy

I was 8week pregnant and aborted 10days ago, becoz baby was not growing not even had hearbeat, its 2nd time i facing this issue my first pregnancy condition has same issue, after that i haven't plan them took pills 1 time now its unexpected pregnancy but we want it, whats the problm
