I have been facing nightfall from 1.5 years. I do not have any imagination or i have any sexual thought.ejaculation happens every 10 days or sometimes for continuous days. It happens during night time. I have consulted doctors but they say that it is normal. But i dont want it to happen without making it happen. I want it to be cured. So , what is the reason fo it and can it be cured?
