Facing Multiple problems one by one

2026-03-21 13:29:29
I initially experienced palpitations and consulted a cardiologist, who prescribed Concorvas 5 mg and Wellras. After about five months, I developed chest discomfort, which improved after digestion, so I visited a gastroenterologist. I was prescribed Sompraz and Meva-C, and my symptoms improved. However, for the past five days, I have been having disturbing dreams, poor sleep, morning headaches, dizziness, and anxiety. I revisited the cardiologist, who added Nexito Plus. Despite taking medications, I feel like my symptoms keep changing rather than resolving completely. I am unsure whether this is due to anxiety, medication side effects, or an underlying issue, and I am concerned about why I am not fully recovering.

Do you have any cardiac or gastrointestinal issues diagnosed? If yes, please mention. Otherwise, commonly these issues are psychosomatic symptoms. There is a rooted stress which is not resolved and you need to address those. Please consult a psychologist first, if required you will be referred to a psychiatrist for medication.

Hi, Your ongoing symptoms of disturbed sleep, headaches, dizziness, and anxiety, despite multiple medications, suggest that your condition may involve a combination of factors such as anxiety, medication side effects, or an underlying health issue. It’s important to address both physical and psychological aspects, so I recommend consulting your healthcare providers for a comprehensive evaluation. They may consider reviewing your medication regimen, assessing for anxiety or other mental health conditions, and possibly conducting additional tests to rule out other causes. Managing stress, practicing good sleep hygiene, and possibly incorporating psychological therapy can also help improve your overall well-being. Avoid self-medicating or making changes without medical guidance, and seek prompt professional support to identify and address the root cause of your persistent symptoms.

It seems to be an anxiety disorder. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your personal and social life. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. Just changing drs for every symptom will not be good. The case needs to be properly diagnosed and then treated for better results. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hello, thank you for explaining your situation in detail. From what you’ve described, your symptoms appear to be shifting across different systems (heart, stomach, sleep, dizziness), which is commonly seen in anxiety-related conditions. Disturbed sleep, vivid dreams, headaches, and dizziness can also occur as early side effects of medications like Nexito Plus, especially within the first 1–2 weeks, and usually settle with time. It’s understandable that this pattern feels confusing, but it does not necessarily indicate a serious underlying illness. Often, when the body remains in a heightened alert state, the focus shifts from one symptom to another, giving the impression that recovery is not happening. At this stage, it would be helpful to: Continue medications as prescribed and allow some time for adjustment Maintain a regular sleep routine Practice relaxation techniques (such as slow breathing) Avoid excessive monitoring of symptoms If symptoms persist or worsen, a follow-up with your treating doctor is advisable for review and reassurance. With consistent management and patience, these symptoms are usually manageable and improve over time.

Hi Your symptoms are not random, they are shifting. First heart, then stomach, now sleep and dizziness. This pattern is very typical of anxiety. The body stays in alert mode, and the mind keeps focusing on new sensations. That’s why it feels like you’re not recovering, just experiencing new problems. Disturbed sleep, dreams, headache, dizziness can be due to anxiety or early side effects of Nexito Plus (common in first 1–2 weeks). Focus on calming the system, not chasing each symptom Reduce body checking and overthinking Keep a fixed sleep routine Do slow breathing daily This does not look dangerous, but it does need anxiety management along with medication.

Hi, What you’re going through is not random, even though it feels that way. Your body symptoms, shifting over time, along with poor sleep, dreams, dizziness… this pattern is something we often see when the nervous system is overwhelmed and sensitized. It’s real, and it can feel very convincing physically. The important part is this: nothing you’ve described sounds isolated, it’s all connected. When symptoms keep changing instead of fully resolving, it usually means we’re not just dealing with the body, but also how the mind and body are interacting under stress. Right now, your system seems to be in a cycle: physical sensation worry about it increased anxiety new symptoms And it keeps looping. Medication can help stabilize parts of this, but it doesn’t always address the pattern itself, which is why you’re feeling stuck. What you need is not more guessing or jumping between explanations, but a clear understanding of your pattern and a structured way to calm your system step by step.

Your symptoms may be a mix of anxiety and medication side effects, given how they shift over time. It would help to focus on stabilising anxiety through therapy along with medical care.
