You need to meet a good Dermatologist to have a proper diagnosis. Can it be psoriasis or something else? Once the diagnosis is ascertained,proper treatment can be initiated. If it's eczema , an attempt to find the triggers has to be made or else it keeps recurring. Don't lose hope and the problem can be cured for sure. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Till then use only OTC anti-allergic medications to control itching. Personal hygiene should be good. Wear loose fitting clothes.
