Facing frontal hair loss

I am facing frontal hair loss problem and hair thinning. It seems heredity to me but i am confused if i should go for some treatment or if this amount of hair loss is enough for transplant. I have heard hair transplants are expensive .can anyone guide me if i should go for it and how much is it going to cost for this amount of hair loss.
