Facing Acne problem for many years.

Whenever I have oily or spicy food i get acne all over my face. My skin is oily. Even though I avoid eating hot and spicy food still I'm facing this problems for years. Note: I'm suffering from hearing loss so I am told not to take some medicines which are allergic to me and may cause hearing problem. i have that list of precautions.
