My nose and lips are twitching from 2 days i have just finished my b12 supplements after having b12 deficiency these twitch occurred while the deficiency period and again came back now is it because of sudden change of climate from warm to cold?

Hello, its not just vit b12 deficiency that can cause the symptoms. Deficiency of other micronutrients can cause similar complaints with some associated symptoms. Might need evaluation if persistent.
