I have had this problem since 3-4 months continuous i was under medications for urine infections and since then these white heads like small bumps on my face are ruining my skin there reddish pimple like huge bumps at time very painfull and non painful tiny white bumps they turn red too but ones they are red they hurt! I never had such acne in my life !! Iam not sure whats the problem and i have been using adaferin .1% gel form cream its drying. It but not reducing and goat milk soap! Please help me cure this
