Facial skin achne problem

Had malenocyte transplant surgery of affected facial stable white patches 14 yrs back. All the treated areas are satisfactory but one spot at the centre of forehead makes me unstable. I m attaching pics for reference. Now I want to have that spot corrected any how through surgery . Pls help me out.
