Tab Zocef 500 mg 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,Tab Sinarest Levo 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 puff twice daily in both the nostrils for 15 days,Avoid cold ,Steam inhalation twice daily.
