My face gets dull, oily when exposed to sun and outside atmosphere and have pigmentation under the eyes and on sides of the nose. Plus overtime(between 22-23 years) I have got black spots and pimple scars. Suggest me powerful creams, moisturiser etc... and also an healthy daily skin routine.
