I am 23 yrs old. I had little facial hair but later it is increasing especially above lip areas (under nose). What all can be the reasons for sudden facial hair growth?

Maybe you are having pcod. Do cbc blood, sugar random ,TSH ,sonography of abdomen and pelvis.
