Hi, I have noticed increased amount of my facial hair growth from past 6-7 months. Also some thick hair growth is observed on chin after threading. Can this be reduced? Will frequently waxing help? And how much time will it take to reduce the growth? Thanks in advance.

In case of facial hair its always best to rule out PCOS or thyroid dysfunction. Recommend a Thyroid profile and Hormonal profile which includes LH, FSH, Testosterone, INSULIN and Estrogen. Also go for Ultrasound lower abdomen.

Hello well yes frequent waxing instead of threadingdoes help because it will help to remove the hairs from the root... apart from that you can also go for some laser therapy but then if you have hormonal imbalance it will be very difficult... where to get yourself tested for thyroid for PCOS if you have excessive hair growth

Growth of facial hair at this age is a sign of hormonal imbalance in body
Next Steps
You should get your blood tests of DHEA and testosterone levels checked  Waxing or threading will help cosmetically but if you really want to reduce the growth you have to probe for the reason this has occurred because the cure lies in treating the cause not the effect
