My face has damaged drastically ever since my birth. During my childhood I had a fair complexion. Now I turned very very dark could you please tell a particular regime to follow. Like soap,face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen,and any medical creams and any kind of medication. I don't follow any proper skin care routine. Please help me
