I had my wisdom tooth extracted some 6 years ago and the swelling I experienced post the extraction never fully went. To this day, my face is still slightly lopsided coz of that, whats causing that? What can I do?

Need thorough clinical evaluation.and any post operative Xray. Attach picture and Xray of that region for better guidance.
