From last 2 days my face skin has become rough and feeling like small pimples and redness has appeared around nose, area surrounding lips. 2-3 spots on the cheeks and it's all red. I am applying ice and just after I applied multani mitti face pack.. my forehead has redness.. and all the areas are red and black..
