Dear doctor, I'm 17 years old and have bad skin tone ..means I have chickenpox scars and blackheads and pimples on my face and dark circles ... Not too much but itis a big problem for me..Plz tell me can I use vitamin E oil on my face to make my skin brighter and glowing...Plz tell me some cheap way ..Plz doctor help me..tell me about vitamin E oil
