Face getting dark without sun exposure.

Male, Age-28. Weight- 86kg,Height-169cm. No diebetes, No thyroid, liver, ferritin issue. My face is getting fully dark ever since I hit puberty, including under arm and groin area. I already went to 2,3  dermatologist they just say to apply suncreen every 2 hours, and give skin brightening cream which doesn't work I even went to Endocrinologist he thought it's because of insulin resistance,he told to do ferritin, CBC,liver and diebetes tests which were all normal. And told not to come back since everything is fine. Please help me find answers about darkness of face. Can it be hormonal imbalance, which tests should be done for that? Please.
