Hi , I have been suffering with face burning sensation,black spots, thick pimples,face dullness,especially when I expose to sunlight and dust I'll suffer lots of burning sensation on my face only. Earlier I never faced such problems ,since 6months I'm suffering hard. Kindly please suggest to get rid of with these problems.

Greetings.  I have a feeling that you have been using some kind of a wrong cosmetic or fairness cream which could have caused these problems.  Use a salicylic acid based face wash and a gel based sunscreen.  You'll need topical  retinoid creams.  See a qualified dermatologist near you.  Warm regards.
