Hey I m feeling acne on my face since 3 months,I used deriva cream ,guneera face gel ,gorgeous face gel, and homemade besan lemon face pack but from 3 days I am feeling burning and dryness on my face when I apply anything on face,also I took azee 500 for one week

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
