I always feel my eyes are weak, looks so tired .. can anyone please tell what's the problem. And looks dust inside.

Use lubricating eye drops carboxymethylcellulose thrice a day 2. Washing eyes with cold water along with cold compress 3. Limit your on screen time ie smartphones and tablets
