My eyes have constant itching and burning sensations and I have rubbed my eyes and now they have turned red and it's paining now

after rubbing the eyes turn red .it's a normal.phenomenon.but it becomes normal  after few minutes. if it persists  for hours together  then  probably you  have scratched  your eyes. in that case you will have to contact an ophthalmologist .
