My eyes are burning when i see computer for most of time and also gets headache because of eyes burning and i also has eye sight and did not go for checkup from past 4 years and recently i showed to some optometrist he told that eye focus is less and sight have increased so advised to consult a doctor.

Hello At this age power should not increase or person all of a sudden does not become ametropic I would suggest you to consulr local ophthalmologist
