Hello Doctor, My son's eyes are getting red and some kind of sticky dirt is coming from his eyes. Please let me know what has happen and also any eye drops

Hello There are many causes of redness like allergy, dryness etc It is very difficult to comment without examining him Kindly share photos of his eye so that I may guide you better Regards

Hello this is common in children with allergies. Ensure he doesn’t have any other nose or throat problem too and isn’t suffering from a cough or cold. It be wise to once show him to an eye doctor to rule out any other problem.
