observe to find out the cause of allergy ie by the use or ingestion or atmospheric changes, the allergic reaction gets started or enhanced. avoid those reasons. that will decrease you allergy. for allergic conjuntivitis use antallergic  eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. olopatadine and rub ocupol d eye oint twice daily on lids also put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. refresh tears. avoid  dust,sun and fog.
