Eyelid swollen

Eyelid is swollen. From pregnancy till now have same problem. Already my kid is one year and still the swollen is not reduced. Consulted @ plenty Eye hospital but they said nothing wrong. As don't ve any itching or redness. Only swollen eye lid. Plz advice.
