My spectacles lenses cating have multiple spots when I see under light. Do I need to change glasses or I can wear them safely?

Don’t compromise with your vision Of blurring is present even after clearing glasses., Better to take new glasses.

Those spots can be finger smudges, try to use lens cleanser to clean them. Please make sure the coating is not damaged which you can confirm from any nearby optical shop. Can go for new glasses if the coating is damaged
