Eyebrow dandruff not much little

I'm having eyebrow dandruff not sure it's eyebrow dandruff or it's dry skin but it will itch a bit and stop I can see very little flakes wt shud I do before tht I've undergone prp treatment for n I started loosing hair and I consulted a doc but it didn't help me much
