Eye weakness

Dear, I am shiban I have an issue since a year. Issue is about my eyevision and weakness,  eyevision becomes low day by day. I felt depressed and sad. Earlier, my eyes and health was ok. Somehow instantly vision became very low. Now I wear glasses( recommended by a eye doctor) but I feel ( may be I am wrong) issue happen due to unproper food ,sleepless night etc. I want someone please show me a path to get rid of this issue. Hi.. Dont think glasses are issue here.. You need to do counselling if there is one in the school ...share all your fears and insecurities...think positive and look ahead.
