Can anybody help me to figure out what is flashes of light internet is terrifying me i cannot predict myself when i see or move my sight towards light source i see some heat wave like vision is seen can anybody please help ☹☹

There can be false flashes of light  visible in bright light. But any retinal problem should be excluded first. So please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
