My eyes turns red and get a headache. Eyes also hurt. This is when I use computer or mobile for long hours. Do anti glare glasses work

Hello Yes... antiglare glasses are helpful In addition to these glasses A. Use Lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently B. Cold compresses C. Restrict use of mobile and laptop

Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids and take some antioxidants cap once daily eg revital one cap daily
Next Steps
Also follow some precautions eg follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20 minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Your symptoms are suggestive of ocular surface dryness associated with computer use. You need to get a dry eye workup done and get priscription of lubricants. Antiglare glasses by themselves wont help
