From morning my son right eye swollen and reddish in the eye lid skin..no reason ..dknt know hw it happend..Please suggest what to do

This is infection of eyelid, stye. Do warm compress 2-3 times daily for 7 days. Give antibiotic, like, syrup Clavam BID - 1 tea spoon full, 2 Times daily for 5 days. If there is pain, give syrup Ibugesic plus- 1 tea spoon full 2 Times daily for 3 days. You can apply an antibiotic ointment also, like, Ocupol ointment- 2 Times daily for 5 days.
