I am suffering with eye stye from last 3 days i have tried neosporin bt it doesnt work.

please do hot foamentation, put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin, take oral antibiotics and anti inflammatory tab.

Styes are infection of Moll & zeis gland present in every body eye lids ,basically infected by staphylococci.styes are very painful swelling near the root of eye lashes, you need oral antibiotics&anti inflammatory tablet as well as antibiotic ointment to apply locally.Hot fomentation helps to some extent in styes.

Hello Try A warm compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins C.. Scrub lashes with baby shampoo D. Systemic antibiotic may be required Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
