I have myopia with -4D in both eyes. I am applying for CDS exam where they require it to be under -3.5D . Can i improve -0.5D using natural methods. should i prepare for the exam ? I need help urgently.

Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses Lasik is a very good option for this
