While my eyes are good but sometimes suddenly started itching in it. It became red. I consulted with sj doctor. She prescribed me drop but why this happened to me. Should there is need for specs?

Don't worry.  It may be mild allergic reaction.  Use decongestant drops along with lubricant

Itching is a feature of allergy . With anti allergic drops it will settle . But can be recurrent if the source of allergen is persistent . Can get your glasses checked . If present they will improve your vision and also protect you against direct contact with allergens to certain extent .

rubbing generally caused allergic reactionary redness which is generally temporary and should subside with antiallergic eyedrops specs requirement will depend on your visual acuity and eye strain symptoms
