As i wear contact lenses , i do encounter some or the other problem once in every year. The problem i facing is it feels that something is itching in the eye and eye gets red and some white sticky thing comes out of eye. Last time when i was encountered with such problem i was prescribed to take soft drops , so is it ohk to use soft drops again? Or which else drops should i use

contact lens often cause dryness  .hence you must use some lubricant. yes you can use soft.drops.

You need to take some long term treatment for dry eye if you wish to continue to wear contact lenses. This means medicines to improve the quality of your tears besides lubricants like soft drops which act as mere tear substitutes! Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai
