Which eye drops is better for daily use due to dust or itching problem in eye  moxiflox or zenflox eye drops

Neither.  Please do not use antibiotic eye drops indiscriminately.  It could result in resistant bacteria which will not respond to antibiotics when you really need them You could use a lubricant eye drops like lubrex,  refresh tears etc
