One week back... I Changed my specs with new power extra -0.25 lens...from that time onwards I got headache while wearing my new specs... It will cure automatically... Or I have to change my specs

hey, are you having disturbances in vision or is it clear as it was before ,?? if its not clear you must change the lens once again
