Eye Pressure not decreasing

Eye pressure (IOP) is consistent between 35-40 and not decreasing with Acetazolamide (Na) x 3, is operation only remedy? And what id the percentage % of successful operation ?

Your doctor will ascertain the cause of high pressure. If no decrease in IOP is there inspite of maximal drugs, surgery is indicated.
Next Steps
Recheck with your doctor the cause of  high IOP. Get IOP check up with both NCT and Applanation tonometry, .Then take final decision in consultation with your doctor.
