Hi...mostly by this time power stabilizes for most ...but in some, may not. Also 0.25 to 0.50 difference , alteration in sphere / cylinder is possible if you check at 2 places ,by 2 people . So if you feel it has not becomes stable, we need to rule out that. Luckily , it is still not a big number..you have options of glasses, contact lenses and laser for the same.
