You are too early to think about glass removal procedures. Get a proper consult and wear your glasses regularly for now. Maintain a regular follow up with your ophthalmologist and maintain a healthy eye sight. Everything else ll be done at right time. You need not worry now. Some things progresses with age and so is eye power sometimes.

Usually the number stabilizes by 18-20 yrs of age. It increases more at the time of growth spurt. Good nutritious diet will definitely help. You can use contact lenses. After 18 yrs when the number stabilizes you can go for laser surgery for removing specs.
