I sometimes get really sore headaches in and around my eye that stop me from what I'm doing, they slowly buildup and hurt for 15 or so minutes

are you a regular computer user then you might be having computer vision syndrome or you might be having refractory error.  please get your eyes testing done and put lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop and rub ocupol dx eye oint twice daily on lids
